Hi, I’m Emily. After more than 20 years in marketing, I realized I wanted a different kind of life—one built on travel, creativity, and a deeper connection to the world. A trip to Spain in 2023 planted the first seed, and since then I’ve been reshaping my life step by step: rediscovering photography, returning to writing, and following a very persistent pull toward Spain.
Odisea is where I share that journey. You’ll find reflections from the places I immerse myself in, photo and video essays, and honest stories from the in-between spaces—the moments of becoming. Earlier this year I spent a month in Chile for a Nikon photography workshop and extended into Peru, using that time to truly test the life I’m building.
Next, I’m continuing to deepen my craft, study Spanish, and work toward my move to Spain in 2026, where I’ll begin my first year abroad teaching while I continue growing my photography and storytelling work.
